About The Position
Responsible for overseeing the unit as a Charge Nurse and providing nursing care to patients/residents during shift. Serves as a resource to staff when needed. Maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objectives of the facility and be in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the facility’s administration and governing body.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nursing license in the state of Virginia
- CPR certification required upon hire or willing to obtain
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working as a Supervisory or Charge Nurse
- Experience working in a long-term care setting
