About The Position
Encore Senior Living is hiring a reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and kind Housekeeper with a passion for cleanliness and working with seniors. The role is part of a housekeeping team serving residents and their families in warm, caring, home-like communities. Full-time benefits are available to employees working 30 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A love for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, energetic, and personable, with the ability to project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
- Must be able to work every other weekend, on Saturday and Sunday.
- No prior experience is required; full training is provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide housekeeping services in a senior living community.
- Help maintain a warm, caring, and home-like environment for residents.
- Contribute to residents’ daily quality of life and support their independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed clients’ needs.
- Work every other Saturday and Sunday.
