Housekeeper (Full Time)
About The Position
TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at ES Franciscan Place in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The position performs light cleaning to maintain a clean and orderly establishment, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with days varying. The employer is willing to train, and the fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour. The role provides attentive customer service to guests and supports the TouchPoint mission of serving patients, families, and visitors at Ascension Health hospitals. It requires contributing to team efforts and maintaining professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others. Other duties may be assigned. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until openings are filled.
Requirements

- Ability to perform the essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service and one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash sanitarily.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problem calls, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
