HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)
About The Position
TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at ES Franciscan Place in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role performs light cleaning duties to keep facilities clean and orderly, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. The posted schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with days varying. The fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Training is offered. The position supports patients, families, and visitors at Ascension Health hospitals. Housekeepers provide attentive customer service, respond to guest requests and housekeeping issues, contribute to team efforts, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
