About The Position

The Housekeeper performs tasks to ensure the cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and other amenities, helping enhance and maintain the property's appeal. The property is a 252-unit garden community in the lease-up stage. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. The role includes a flexible schedule and may require taking call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on the property.
Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including taking call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training classes or business meetings, or fulfill other position responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by a supervisor.
Freshen vacant apartment homes and designated show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
Assist with the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Inform the appropriate supervisor of observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations affecting residents, team members, guests, or others.
Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the appropriate supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
