About The Position

The Housekeeper helps create a welcoming hotel experience by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, equipment, and public spaces. The role includes routine housekeeping, deep-cleaning tasks, restocking guest supplies, responding to guest requests, and following safe work practices.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and equipment.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
• Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and ready for use.
• Make beds with fresh linens and restock guest supplies.
• Complete deep-cleaning tasks, including changing AC filters and performing paint touch-ups.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude.
• Provide effective customer service in interactions with guests.
• Help maintain the safety of guests and hotel property by monitoring sensitive areas.
• Follow safe work practices to protect yourself and teammates.
