About The Position
The Housekeeper helps provide a welcoming hotel experience by cleaning guest rooms, equipment, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces. The role includes making beds, replacing linens, restocking supplies, maintaining a housekeeping cart, and performing deep-cleaning and upkeep tasks such as changing AC filters and touching up paint. Housekeepers also respond to guest requests, deliver items, provide friendly customer service, and help protect guests and property by monitoring sensitive areas and following safe work practices. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and equipment.
- Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces, including carpets and furniture.
- Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and ready for use.
- Make beds with fresh linens and restock guest-room supplies.
- Perform deep-cleaning and upkeep tasks, including changing AC filters and adding paint.
- Respond to guest requests and deliver items with a smile.
- Provide friendly customer service in guest interactions.
- Monitor sensitive areas to help keep guests and property safe.
- Follow safe work practices.
