About The Position
The Housekeeper helps create a positive guest experience by keeping guest rooms, equipment, and hotel public spaces clean, orderly, and welcoming. The role includes cleaning rooms and shared areas, preparing beds, replenishing supplies, maintaining a stocked housekeeping cart, and completing deep-cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters and adding paint. Housekeepers also assist guests with requests, deliver items, provide friendly customer service, and follow safe work practices while helping protect guests and hotel property. The hotel describes its work environment as supportive and collaborative, with monthly celebrations, team-building activities, and events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and housekeeping equipment.
- Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, furniture, and other public spaces.
- Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and ready for use.
- Make beds with fresh linens and replenish guest-room supplies.
- Complete deep-cleaning tasks, including swapping AC filters and adding paint.
- Respond to guest requests and deliver requested items with a smile.
- Provide friendly customer service in guest interactions.
- Help keep guests and hotel property safe by monitoring sensitive areas.
