About The Position

The Houseperson helps ensure the cleanliness of designated hotel areas and contributes to memorable guest experiences by delivering the warmth and service of hospitality. The role maintains public spaces, assists guests and the housekeeping team, organizes supplies, performs periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reports maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
