About The Position

Housekeeping Team Members (“Haus’keepers”) help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for Gravity Haus members and guests. The Housekeeper I maintains guest rooms and public areas to Gravity Haus standards while learning proper techniques, meeting quality expectations, and building efficiency within established productivity guidelines.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of housekeeping or related experience.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and procedures and understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8–10 hours.
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 30 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring guest rooms are ready.
• Maintain hallways, common areas, and assigned service spaces.
• Promptly report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Restock housekeeping carts daily and keep supply closets clean and organized.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and members encountered during duties, consistent with Gravity Haus values.
