About The Position

We are a busy family seeking a Household Manager to bring peace and organization to our home. With three children, three pets, and two working parents, our life is full and requires support. We value creating a space for our children to be themselves - silly, cared for, and loved. We love a tidy home and genuinely thrive in structured, well-run spaces — we’re looking for you to bring that kind of order to our home. With one parent working from home regularly, you’ll be sharing the space with us most days. We want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and a part of our household rhythm. We are looking for someone who will feel like an extension of our family. Your top priorities in this role will be caring for our baby, creating household organization systems throughout the home, managing laundry, building and executing grocery lists, preparing 3-4 family-friendly dinners per week, and performing daily resets of our home. You thrive on variety and are effectively bouncing between all of these responsibilities without losing your stride.
