About The Position

We are a warm, energetic, and loving family of five relocating to Weston, Connecticut. We are looking for someone to become a trusted part of our family's support system. This role is about thoughtfully filling the gaps—helping our home run smoothly, anticipating needs, and creating more space for us to enjoy time together. We value open communication, collaboration, and building long-term relationships, and we're hoping to find someone who truly enjoys becoming part of a family team. Our home is happiest when it feels calm, organized, and connected. We appreciate someone who notices the little things before they become big things—keeping household essentials stocked, helping maintain organized spaces, staying ahead of family routines, and bringing a proactive, can-do attitude to each day. Our children are bright, active, and each wonderfully unique, so we're looking for someone who approaches them with patience, warmth, consistency, and a genuine desire to help our family thrive. We follow a kosher-style diet at home and do not prepare or serve pork or shellfish.
