About The Position

A full-time House Manager & Family Assistant role supporting a family of four in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The household includes a preschooler, a newborn, and a senior dog, with home projects still underway after a recent renovation. The role combines childcare support, household management, meal preparation, errands, laundry, vendor coordination, pet care, and administrative assistance. The family seeks a proactive, dependable partner who can anticipate household needs, help maintain routines, and contribute to a welcoming, organized home. The schedule is approximately 30–35 hours per week, with core hours beginning at 7:15 AM daily. End times vary, with some days ending in the early afternoon; one longer, childcare-heavy day per week is anticipated, potentially Wednesday. The start date is ASAP, and an overlap with the current nanny, who is departing in early December, is strongly preferred. Compensation is to be determined based on rate feedback.
