We are a warm, hardworking family of three (plus our two lovable dogs!) in a wonderfully full season of life. Our home is filled with laughter, activity, and the joyful energy that comes with raising a young child, while also sharing our space with our parents as they temporarily live with us. It's a lively household with plenty of moving pieces, but we genuinely love having a home that's full of life. More than anything, we're intentional about creating a space that feels welcoming, organized, and thoughtfully cared for—a place where everyone can relax and enjoy being together. Like many busy families, our days are often pulled in different directions, and we've reached a point where we recognize we need dedicated support managing the household itself. We're not simply looking for someone to help with tasks—we're hoping to find a proactive household partner who genuinely enjoys creating order behind the scenes. Someone who notices what's needed, takes initiative, and helps keep our home running smoothly without needing constant direction. Requirements

Maintain a smoke-free environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable personal transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided for work-related errands.
Must be comfortable working in an active household with young children and large dogs.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain household organization systems throughout the home
Perform daily resets and prepare the home in advance of biweekly house cleaner visits
Light tidying including dishes, surface wipe-downs, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
Seasonal swaps, including sorting toddler items as they are outgrown and coordinating donation drop-offs
Special event, holiday, and guest prep
Maintain and clean air purifiers as part of regular upkeep
Manage outdoor patio spaces: sweeping, blowing off debris, and maintaining patio furniture
Full-service laundry for the entire household: wash, fold, and organize
Weekly linen and towel rotation
Maintain a tidy and well-stocked laundry area
Manage and stay current with the family's Home Chef meal kit subscription, including weekly meal selection
Prepare Home Chef delivered meals three times per week
Prep healthy snacks
Support the family's low-carb, keto dietary approach when prepping meals and snacks
General kitchen cleanup and day-to-day maintenance
Keep fridge, pantry, and household supplies consistently stocked
Manage household subscriptions and orders (Home Chef, Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.)
Handle returns, gift shopping, and dry cleaning as needed
Mail and package handling, including box breakdown
Daily feeding, regular walking, and weekly bathing for two large dogs
Schedule and transport dogs to grooming and vet appointments
Manage and reorder pet supplies and dog food
Take family vehicle to the car wash weekly
Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance appointments
Track vehicle registration and insurance renewal dates
Occasional deep cleaning beyond what the house cleaner covers (fridge, oven, baseboards)
Organizational projects for the garage, entryway, and children's areas
Clean and maintain humidifiers and air purifiers
Provide backup childcare on evenings and weekends
Event and appointment coordination for the family
