About The Position
eMaids of South Tampa is hiring reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced part-time house cleaners to provide high-quality residential cleaning services in South Tampa and surrounding communities. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, pay of $15–$18 per hour based on experience, tips, performance bonuses, and paid weekly wages. Work is performed in person at client homes, with travel between job sites. Cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms are provided, and paid travel time is provided between same-day jobs. Cleaners may work independently or as part of a team. Paid training begins on the first day. Additional hours may be available depending on availability and business needs, and performance-based growth opportunities are offered. Paid time off and holiday benefits are available after one year of employment.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
- Ability to maintain a consistent part-time schedule.
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of professional residential cleaning experience is preferred.
- Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens.
- Organize and tidy spaces as needed.
- Handle light laundry and dishes when requested.
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists.
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients.
