This position is for a House Cleaner and Trainer who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. The role involves cleaning homes using the proven Molly Maid system and teaching this system to others. The role offers a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.50 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on experience, speed, and quality. Driving a company car can lead to even higher earnings. As a Home Service Professional, responsibilities include cleaning customers' homes to Molly Maid standards, communicating professionally with customers, and potentially earning tips. For team leads, additional responsibilities include managing the team's schedule, driving safely, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Previous cleaning experience
- Ability to teach a diverse group of people with a variety of backgrounds and learning styles
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Valid driver’s license (to earn more)
