About The Position

The House Attendant maintains clean and sanitary public areas and equipment, responds to guest requests, assists with meeting-room and event setup, and supports the housekeeping team. The role involves hands-on physical tasks, attention to detail, friendly guest service, safe work practices, and helping protect sensitive areas and manage lost-and-found items.

Requirements

Ability to handle physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for driving roles.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across facilities and equipment, including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and deliver requested items and services.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events, ensuring details are in place.
Help safeguard sensitive areas and responsibly manage lost-and-found items.
Follow safe work practices to prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment.
Support the housekeeping team.
