About The Position
The House Attendant maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout hotel facilities and equipment, responds to guest requests, helps set up meeting rooms and events, and supports the housekeeping team. The role requires attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle physical tasks and remain calm under pressure. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for driving roles. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
- For driving roles, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across hotel facilities and equipment, including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, including delivering requested items.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
- Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items responsibly.
- Follow safe work practices to help prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment.
- Support the housekeeping team.
