About The Position
The House Attendant maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the property, including public areas and equipment such as lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture. The role responds promptly and courteously to guest requests, delivers requested items, and supports a high standard of hospitality. The attendant also assists with meeting-room and event setup, safeguards sensitive areas, handles lost-and-found items responsibly, and follows safe work practices to help prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, composure under pressure, and physical work.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks.
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for driving roles.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
