About The Position
The Hourly Shift Lead is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, food management, staffing, paperwork, customer relations, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. The role requires setting an example for the crew, following all company policies and procedures, and expecting the same from team members while maintaining high standards and customer service. Store team duties may include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position is at the Domino’s location at 211 W. 5th Street in Wenatchee. Pay is $17.13 to $22.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
- Written, verbal, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders and communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- For delivery duties: valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities during the shift, including staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, customer relations, and profitability.
- Follow all policies and procedures and set an example for the crew.
- Work to a schedule and maintain attendance, punctuality, store cleanliness, a professional image, and operating standards.
- Provide great customer service and support marketing efforts.
- Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
- For delivery duties, deliver products and flyers or door hangers to customers.
