About The Position
Ascent Hospitality is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Hotel Rooms Manager to lead the front desk team at Home2 Suites by Hilton West Lafayette. The manager supports daily hotel operations, helps deliver a welcoming guest experience, and coaches the team to make guests feel at home. The role offers pay of $20–$24 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Hotel front desk or guest-service experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, dependable, guest-first approach.
- Comfort working with hotel systems and supporting a flexible hotel schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Hilton brand experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, guest requests, and service recovery.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support front desk team members.
- Respond to guest feedback and help resolve concerns promptly.
- Support room revenue, occupancy, labor, and front office performance goals.
- Maintain Hilton brand standards, accurate records, and a safe, organized front desk.
