The ideal candidate provides outstanding customer service interactions, is excited at the idea of working alongside a team to achieve top-notch service, and does not shy away from guest concerns. They have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of guest experience from check-in until check-out. They feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time. Strong organizational and time management skills are a great benefit in this role. Flexibility in working overnight 11pm to 7:30am during the week and some weekends, and open to holidays too, is required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work any overnight, weekend and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Can communicate well with guests.
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key.
  • Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

  • Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer.
  • Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
  • Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
  • Be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
