About The Position
The Hotel Houseman at the Bowling Green Crowne Plaza cleans guest rooms and public areas, restocks guest supplies, sorts and handles laundry, and keeps carts and closets organized. The role also supports deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. It requires physical stamina, a customer service mindset, and schedule flexibility, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and remain on one's feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
- Sort laundry, safely operate machines, and handle linens.
- Keep housekeeping carts and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
