About The Position

The Houseman supports hotel housekeeping operations by cleaning guest rooms and public areas, replenishing guest supplies, handling laundry and linens, and maintaining organized carts and closets. The role also assists with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. It requires physical stamina, a customer-service mindset, and schedule flexibility, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• A customer service mindset and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and remain on one's feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
• Sort laundry and safely operate laundry machines.
• Handle linens.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects.
• Help with team training when needed.
