About The Position

The Hotel Houseman supports hotel cleanliness and guest comfort by cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking supplies, handling laundry and linens, and keeping work areas organized. The role also assists with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed. It requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• A customer service mindset and friendly, helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, squat, and remain on your feet for the whole shift.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
• Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linens.
• Keep the cleaning cart and closets organized.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects.
• Help with team training when needed.
