About The Position
The Hotel Houseman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest and public areas while supporting the housekeeping team.
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move supplies as needed.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to housekeeping staff and guest rooms.
- Collect and transport trash and dirty linens.
- Restock housekeeping supplies.
- Assist with guest requests and housekeeping needs.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property.
- Follow hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
