About The Position

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Guest Service Representative at EVEN Hotel in Bozeman. The representative greets guests, assists with registration and room assignments, answers questions about hotel services and local information, and handles reservations and guest requests. The role also manages room availability, guest accounts, billing, payments, and cash handling while communicating with other departments and supporting team members.

The position requires a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Work takes place indoors with minimal exposure to adverse conditions. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
• Post charges, process payments, and make change.
• Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
