About The Position

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Guest Service Representative at EVEN Hotel in Bozeman. The role supports guests throughout their stay by providing welcoming service, handling registration and room assignments, responding to questions and requests, and managing reservations, guest accounts, billing, and payments. The representative communicates with other hotel departments, follows credit and cash-handling policies, and supports teammates as needed. The position involves a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and work in an indoor environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.

Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Hospitality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with registration and room assignments.
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
Post charges, process payments, and make change.
Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
Communicate effectively with other departments.
Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
