About The Position

Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead hotel operations and improve the guest experience. The role oversees all aspects of the hotel, leads and develops the team, manages budgets and revenue goals, and maintains Hilton brand standards to support guest satisfaction and financial success. The property is described as newly renovated and well-established.

Requirements

Previous Hilton PEP Operating System experience is required.
Proven leadership experience in a hotel supervisory or General Manager role.
At least 3 years of hotel management experience.
Expertise in budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting.
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Tech-savvy, with experience using hotel management software.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Hilton brand experience is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast.
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team focused on guest service.
Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction scores and Hilton brand standards.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
Manage financial performance, budgets, payroll, and cost controls.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with legal and operational standards.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Build strong relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the local community.
