About The Position
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a seasonal Hotel Front Desk Supervisor at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana. The supervisor oversees front desk operations and helps provide exceptional guest service. The role includes training and supervising front desk team members, addressing escalated guest concerns, implementing service standards with management, scheduling office or administrative team members, and coordinating with housekeeping. Employee housing in furnished shared apartments is available. The property is near Yellowstone National Park and offers access to outdoor activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- No college degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Front desk experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Computer literacy in MS Office programs.
- Some experience with property management systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train and supervise front desk team members to ensure quality standards, deadlines, and procedures are followed; evaluate performance and recommend rewards or corrective actions.
- Guide team members in handling difficult problems and resolving escalated guest complaints.
- Implement policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
- Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team members.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department.
