About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Night Auditor to work at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana. This customer-service-focused position combines night audit and front desk duties in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role includes reconciling payments and sales, managing guest accounts and deposits, checking guests in and out, and maintaining accurate financial records and cash-handling procedures. Employee housing is available in furnished shared apartments in West Yellowstone.

Requirements

Previous experience handling cash.
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with guests and team members.
Basic math skills, including the ability to handle money accurately and count change.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer-service environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Run the night audit function; reconcile credit card payments; enter sales and manual sales sheets; understand guest folios, explain billing, and make needed corrections.
Review pending advance deposits and charges, and check guests in and out efficiently.
Quote room rates and room-package information, and post charges for in-house accounts.
Complete shift closing, drop cash and check payments, secure the bank, and follow cash-handling policies.
Handle and account for cash, and maintain accurate paperwork related to front-office operations.
Check and balance daily figures, and post room and tax charges to guest accounts.
