About The Position

Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Breakfast Attendant to support hotel breakfast service. The role includes setting up and removing breakfast service, maintaining the breakfast area and its supplies, handling food-related procedures, completing required records, and cleaning during and after the breakfast shift. The position is offered full-time and part-time.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for significant periods.
• Ability to lift 15–25 pounds infrequently when stocking items.
• Ability to frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist the torso as needed to perform required tasks.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Willingness to obtain, or possession of, proper food-handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Complete setup and removal of breakfast service and meet its standards.
• Be willing to obtain, or already have, proper food-handling certificates.
• Maintain full knowledge of the food being served.
• Wear the required uniform and nametag and maintain a neat appearance.
• Maintain a professional and congenial attitude.
• Check the breakfast area for neatness, cleanliness, proper setup, and backup supplies.
• Complete daily recordings on specific brand forms for management.
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and management.
• Clear trash and empty area trash containers as needed throughout the breakfast shift.
• Mop, sweep, dust, and clean carpets and other areas as needed during and after the breakfast shift.
