About The Position

The Hotel Assistant General Manager supports operations across several local extended-stay hotel properties in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role helps ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction while overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, physical condition, and work atmosphere of the individual properties. The Assistant General Manager also provides coverage and relief when a General Manager is absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in value-conscious extended-stay hotel management.
• Strong business acumen and a desire to learn and grow with the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on work style and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all hotel operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met at all times.
• Provide coverage and relief for properties when the General Manager is absent.
• Uphold the property's standard operating procedures.
• Help oversee the daily operations, financial performance, physical condition, and work atmosphere of individual properties.
