About The Position

The Host at 360 Steakhouse seats guests, greets and engages with customers, responds to their signals, and addresses their concerns and questions. The role also includes answering phones, assisting guests with chairs while seating, and providing friendly, excellent service. The position requires working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a well-groomed appearance. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand and walk and move easily around the entire property for an entire shift.
• Physical mobility, with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds, and to reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance while performing job duties in varying work areas, including confined spaces.
• Must be flexible with the schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to work in areas with dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds, and varying air quality.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
