About The Position

The Host seats guests at 360 Steakhouse, greets and converses with customers, and provides friendly, excellent service. The role includes responding to guest cues, addressing concerns and questions, answering phones, and assisting guests with chairs while seating them. The Host works as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment and must maintain a well-groomed appearance. The position requires standing and walking throughout the shift and moving around the property. With reasonable accommodation, the employee must be able to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing. Work may involve confined spaces and exposure to dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds, and varying air quality. Scheduling flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Ability to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to stand and walk, and to move easily around the entire property for the entire shift.
With reasonable accommodation, ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds, and to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance while performing job duties, including in confined spaces.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
