About The Position

Zoli's NY Pizza in Addison is hiring friendly, hospitality-focused Host and To-Go team members to welcome guests, manage the front-of-house experience, and handle takeout orders. Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or hosting experience is preferred.
Experience with OpenTable Guest Center is a plus and may qualify for higher pay.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
Manage seating, reservations, and waitlists using OpenTable Guest Center.
Communicate with servers, bartenders, and managers to keep the restaurant flowing.
Answer phones promptly and assist guests with questions.
Take and organize to-go orders accurately.
Keep the host stand organized and ready for the shift.
Anticipate guest needs and assist teammates as needed.
Help ensure guests have a positive experience from arrival through departure.
