About The Position
Oregano's is seeking friendly and efficient team members for its fast-paced to-go team. In this role, you will manage sales transactions, promote special offers, prepare carry-out orders, answer questions in person and over the phone, and enhance Guest satisfaction. You will balance dine-in and takeout orders while using the POS system and phones, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, build positive relationships with guests, collaborate with the kitchen team, and keep your work area clean and organized. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Quick-service restaurant cashiering experience preferred.
