About The Position

The Sushi Restaurant Host/Hostess welcomes and escorts guests in a dining outlet, helping create memorable experiences and a warm, hospitable atmosphere. The role involves greeting guests, managing seating and dining-room flow, responding to guest questions and requests, and supporting restaurant operations with opening and closing tasks and service preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly ascertain their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to support a smooth experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
