About The Position

Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen in Greensboro is seeking friendly, energetic Hosts to provide outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role focuses on being of genuine service to guests, fellow staff members, owners, and the Earth and her people. Hosts help guests move smoothly from the front door to their tables, handle to-go orders, maintain relationships with guests, and contribute to a clean and safe restaurant.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, attentive service and help ensure each guest has a delightful experience.
• Ensure guests transition smoothly from the front door to their tables.
• Clear and reset tables while keeping the front desk informed and up to date.
• Handle to-go orders from start to finish, checking details and ensuring timely completion.
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with guests.
• Advocate for the restaurant’s responsible alcohol beverage service program.
• Maintain working knowledge of the restaurant’s menus, Chef features, wine offerings, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
