About The Position

The Host / Busser / Food Runner helps create a welcoming atmosphere for Members and their guests at the Clubhouse Restaurant throughout their dining experience. The role involves greeting and seating guests, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, running food, and supporting servers and other team members. The position offers an opportunity to build customer service skills and gain hospitality experience in a professional private-club environment. The openings are part-time and require availability from 4:00 p.m. until close on weeknight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Welcome Members and guests and create a friendly first impression.
Seat guests according to reservations, seating requests, server rotation, and restaurant activity.
Answer questions, respond to requests, and direct guests to the appropriate team member when needed.
Run food, clear and reset tables, and support servers in providing timely service.
Maintain clean, organized dining areas and stations; stock supplies, polish silverware, and prepare for the next shift.
Communicate with coworkers and managers and assist wherever needed, including during busy periods.
Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
