FOH - Host / Busser (Part Time)
About The Position
The Host / Busser / Food Runner helps create a welcoming atmosphere for Members and their guests at the Clubhouse Restaurant. The role includes greeting and seating guests, keeping tables and dining areas clean and ready for service, running food, and supporting servers and other team members throughout the shift. This position offers an opportunity to build customer service skills and gain hospitality experience in a professional private-club environment. Shifts are from 4:00 p.m. to close on weeknights and weekends. The role requires lifting and carrying trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Welcome Members and guests and create a friendly first impression.
- Seat guests according to reservations, seating requests, server rotation, and restaurant activity.
- Answer questions, respond to requests, and connect guests with the appropriate team member when needed.
- Run food, clear and reset tables, and assist servers in providing timely, attentive service.
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and stations; stock supplies, polish silverware, and prepare for the next shift.
- Communicate with coworkers and managers and help the restaurant run smoothly during busy periods.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
