About The Position

The Busser assists servers in providing quality service to guests and supports the management team as needed. The role involves preparing and maintaining tables and service stations, delivering bread and water, clearing and resetting tables, and completing assigned side work. Duties and responsibilities may change based on business needs, and job functions may be modified. Requirements

Ability to communicate and understand directions in English to ensure workplace safety.
Ability to understand, respond to, and engage with coworkers, managers, and guests in English.
Flexible schedule.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on feet for at least 8 hours.
Able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
Able to perform fast-paced movements between different parts of the club.
Able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
Able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required.

Responsibilities

Set up tables with the appropriate mise en place, including ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowls.
Ensure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service, and maintain them during service.
Set up candles on tables.
Detail tables before service to ensure place settings are neat and organized.
Deliver bread and water to tables in the assigned section and assist other sections when necessary.
Keep the bread warmer organized and full.
Clear tables between courses.
Clear and reset tables for new guests.
Complete assigned side work before and after service, as detailed on side work sheets.
Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
