About The Position
Front-of-house team members deliver superior guest service and process payment transactions. They maintain the cleanliness of the guest dining area, patios, and restrooms, suggest beverages and pastries, and guide guests through the service line and dining areas. Urban Plates offers paid position training and cross-training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement and career development. The role may be full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior guest service.
- Process transactions for payment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of front-of-house guest dining areas, patios, and restrooms.
- Suggestively sell beverages and pastries.
- Guide guests as they navigate the service line and dining areas.
