About The Position

Food Runners and Bussers help create a fun, welcoming experience for Topgolf Players by greeting them with friendly energy and efficiently delivering food and drinks to their bays. They support service operations by assisting with non-alcoholic beverages, keeping service areas clean and stocked, bussing bays and tables, and folding napkins to Topgolf standards. Team members also help where needed, including restocking stations, supporting the tee line, and cleaning common areas. The role requires following safety and sanitation standards and embodying Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. It is an active, high-volume position involving frequent movement, standing, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, and transporting food trays across different elevations and stairs.

• Ability to remain active and keep up the pace during long shifts and demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
• Bus bays and tables.
• Fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
