About The Position

Topgolf is hiring fun-loving, dedicated team members for hourly food runner and busser work in a fast-paced, collaborative sports and entertainment environment. The role supports an enjoyable experience for Players and fellow Playmakers by delivering food and drinks, maintaining service areas, and assisting the team where needed. Team members are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, focus on Players, and commitment to Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring, as well as to safety and sanitation standards.

This is a physically active role that involves being on your feet for most of the shift, moving between tasks, and working in a high-volume environment. Employees may handle items weighing up to 50 pounds and transport food trays across different elevations and stairs. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available; both part-time and full-time work are mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently to bays.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Bus bays and tables.
• Fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support the team as needed by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
