About The Position
Urban Plates is hiring Front-of-House (FOH) hospitality team members, including restaurant cashiers, bussers, and food runners, at its Irvine location. FOH team members deliver superior guest service, process payment transactions, maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house dining area, patios, and restrooms, suggest beverages and pastries, and guide guests through the service line and dining areas. The position offers hourly base pay of $16.90–$21.16, with tips for every hour worked and the potential to earn additional compensation through the Team Member recognition program. Paid training and cross-training are available. The role may be scheduled full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling.
