About The Position

Urban Plates is hiring a Front-of-House Hospitality Team Member to deliver superior guest service in its restaurant. The role processes payment transactions, maintains the cleanliness of guest dining areas, patios, and restrooms, suggests beverages and pastries, and guides guests through the service line and dining areas. Team members receive paid position training, with cross-training available, and may have opportunities for advancement and career development. The position is offered on a full-time or part-time schedule, with flexible scheduling. The listed pay is $17.87–$21.06 per hour, with the potential to earn tips.

Responsibilities

Deliver superior guest service.
Process transactions for payment.
Maintain the cleanliness of front-of-house guest dining areas, patios, and restrooms.
Suggest beverages and pastries to guests.
Guide guests as they navigate the service line and dining areas.
