About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at the Hermès Las Vegas Bellagio Boutique. The role supports the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position begins in November and runs through December 31. It reports to a member of the store management team. Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location is an essential function. The role has no supervisory, budget, or decision-making responsibility. The hourly pay range is $20.00 to $22.00; actual pay depends on the job, location, and individual experience. Candidates must be able to perform the key functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and ensure beverage supplies are appropriately stocked in partnership with management.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked.
• Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
