About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at the Hermès Las Vegas Crystals Boutique. The role supports an extraordinary client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment and works collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams. The position reports to a member of the store management team and runs from November through December 31st.

The associate greets clients, determines their needs, escorts them to the appropriate floor or sales associate, and supports beverage service in alignment with brand standards. The role also helps keep beverage supplies, workstation materials, and selling-floor merchandise appropriately stocked and organized, and assists the sales team with merchandise and stock-room tasks. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure beverage supplies are appropriately stocked in partnership with management.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked.
• Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
