About The Position

The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations at the Hermès Las Vegas Bellagio Boutique. The role supports the client experience by helping manage main-floor traffic, providing beverage and other hospitable services, assisting the sales team, and keeping the workstation and selling floor organized and stocked. The position works collaboratively with sales and selling support teams in a fast-paced luxury environment and reports to a member of the store management team. The role begins in November and continues through December 31.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service in alignment with brand standards and ensure beverage supplies are stocked in partnership with management.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
• Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
• Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked.
• Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards, including straightening and filling in merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
